Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Camp
Empowering Future Leaders: Nurturing Skills and Confidence at the Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Camp.
Our Leaders of Tomorrow Summer Camp program is for 5- to14-year old children, with a strong focus on academics and personal development. Program areas include Math, Creative Writing, Hands-on Science and Robotics, in addition to Public Speaking, Theater Arts, and Creative Arts. It’s our goal to provide a well-rounded experience that fosters a love of learning, personal growth, and a true sense of accomplishment.
Through our extensive academic and enrichment programs, we aim to help student leaders adopt a positive self-image and empower them to make a difference in the world around them.
We strongly believe leaders are not born but made. Our core camp program is for 5-14 year olds and provides ample room for growth in Academics (Math, Creative Writing, Hands-on-Science, and Robotics), Character Building and Personality Development (Public Speaking, Role Play through Theater Arts, and Creative Arts).
A well-rounded approach to all these areas gives them the confidence to become the Leaders of Tomorrow.
Student leaders adopt a positive outlook and empower others around them to make a difference in the world around them. They begin to affect their friends, classmates, school, community, and social circles positively with their newly developed social and leadership skills.
Summer Camp operates Monday through Friday for 4 full weeks from July 2nd through July 27th. The program runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a late pick-up option by 4:00 PM. Please call our office and speak with a staff member for any questions about the camp.
Save $50 on the 4-full-week tuition when you sign up before April 15th. Also, bring in a buddy and you will get a referral reward of $50!
Each morning at the camp starts with an hour of chess followed by an hour of math focused to provide campers an edge in their upcoming school year. Each camper will work on a four-week math curriculum customized to his/her level and ability.
Campers each day create, invent, experiment, and observe. Activities with unique labs that challenge them to question, theorize, and experiment with electronic concepts and circuit building. They also build and observe solar powered machinery at work.
Our Leaders of Tomorrow campers will learn fundamental concepts and techniques that will enable them to design and construct robots. They will be introduced to programming that will allow their robots to move and function independently.
Through hands-on projects they will exercise their creativity, problem solving, and team cooperation skills. In addition, campers will be informed of other current state-of-the-art robots and future careers in technology-related fields.
We help children build confidence and self-esteem, while learning teamwork and the joy of expressing themselves through song, dance, and drama.
Students practice methods of self-expression while exploring their imaginations, and testing their creative limits. Students will demonstrate the skills they learned in role playing.
We nurture your child’s architectural prowess with our building and construction projects. This activity provides boundless opportunities for our future engineers to exercise their creative potential.
We strongly believe Public Speaking skill is the most essential quality our Leaders of Tomorrow must possess. It is an excellent self-esteem booster and helps them overcome fears. In addition improves critical thinking skills and helps reevaluate one’s communication habits. Our Leaders of Tomorrow learn how to write a great speech, effectively communicate and, get the message across to a larger audience.
Confidence gained through public speaking will help them assume leadership easily.
Our campers are periodically visited by prominent leaders in the community who achieved exceptional success in his/her field of work or passion; positively impacted and contributed to our community locally, nationally and internationally. Each of these speakers will inform and inspire our Leaders of Tomorrow about his/her field of work, passion accomplishments and what inspires and keeps them motivated.
